Pumpkin cream cheese cupcake

My baking is more art than cooking, so if you want to make these, you have to feel your way through.

I made a simple yellow cake batter and added some organic canned pumpkin ( not too much), pumpkin pie spice and package of cream cheese

The frosting is just cream cheese, powdered sugar ( a little corn syrup) vanilla, more pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. I whipped it until it was fluffy

The candy is just caramelized powdered sugar, butter and bits of fresh ginger.

This is the BEST pumpkin cupcake I have had ever.
